I also believe that communication is the key to minimize stress – I keep sellers informed of all feedback, comments, interest, competitive offerings so that everyone is educated and comfortable. Community Involvement Maryalice also holds local seminars on real estate issues such as staging, home preparation and current market conditions. She is an appointed member of the Westfield Board of Adjustments and the Republican Committee of Westfield and, thus, has first hand knowledge of issues, plans and trends.
